Returns are accepted under the following guidelines:
- Product Defects: You have the right to a return or replacement if the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not what was advertised. If a product does not live up to the claimed quality standards, we accept full responsibility.
- Incorrect Orders: We will correct the error at no extra expense if the incorrect product is delivered, and we’ll set up a refund or replacement.
Unused and Unopened Products: As long as the item is unused and in its original packing, you can return it if you decide to change your mind after receiving your order. To be accepted as a refund, After delivery, replacements have to be completed within fourteen days.
Some items are not returnable, including:
- Customized Orders: Unless there is an error or defect on our end, items that have been individually cut or customized to your specifications, like carpets, cannot be returned.
- Clearance or Sale Items: Returns may not be accepted for items bought at a discount or during a sale with clearance items unless they are damaged.
Installed or Damaged Products: A product cannot be returned once it has been installed or used unless there is a noticeable defect or damage during delivery.
How to Get a Return Started

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued following a review of your request. Make careful to include this number in all letters and labels as it is required to process your return.
Step 3: Prepare the Product for Return Keep the item safely packed in the container it was originally packed in. Verify that all related materials are present, including any accessories or instructions. Send the products to the address our customer support team supplied, making sure to include the RA number.
Step 4: Receive a Refund or Replacement We will handle your refund or set up a replacement as soon as we get the returned item and inspect its condition. Within seven to ten business days, refunds will be returned. If a product needs to be replaced, we will send a new one as quickly as we can and at no additional cost.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: We will pay for return shipping if the return is because of an error or mistake on our end.
- Change of Mind: Customers are charged for the shipping charges required when returning an item because they changed their minds.
